running around naked just about anywhere at 4:30 am is swell with me.
I see these laws as a way to snag the folks acting out so as to distract from the complexity of real situations. By and large, kerfluffle.

Although, I don't think it would have been as big a deal here and I don't think he would have made any sex offenders list. Everyone would just get together and talk about the crazy priest is.
