I can do it, of course, but it is not my first workplace, and according to my own experience I can say that there isn't any big difference in work schedule in different firms. So there is no reason to change the workplace

I disagree. It is always possible to find another workplace with more flexible work schedule.

I think, it is still possible to change a work schedule without changing workplace itself

If you are a firm owner and it is possible for you to correct your schedule according to your needs, then it is great. But not everybody is so lucky.

No, I am not a firm owner, but I can talk with my boss, he will understand.

It is good, that you are in good relationships with your boss and he can understand you. But do you or your partner have any experience of being with newborn babies?

Yes, my partner has such experience. He grew up with 4 younger sisters. I think, it will be a great help for him when he becomes a father.

to tell the truth, only in theory. I never had a deal with newborn babies in my life. But I'm ready to learn
