As you know that Good health remains in the healthy body. I think to be fit we need to have proper diet and proper workout on regular basis.

The most important thing is not what you do, but whether you can insist the thing or not. Exercise is useful and easy. But insist on exercising everyday is difficult I think.

At this moment, if the age of that participant is real, then today she is 22 years old.

One needs to do regular exercise and maintain proper diet to stay fit and fine. Staying healthy will help you retain many diseases. Also you look and feel healthy. Maintaining a proper lifestyle should be one's goal

u can stay fit by doing exercise regularly and following a simple diet plan which gives you low fat and high carbs..exercise may be consist of running 2km/day.
muscle stretch and jogging.diet rule should be follow strictly in order to enhance immunity we can use health supplements if diet do not contain essential nutrients which we require..but one should note that supplements should be minimum..

Hi dear, this is good that people around you feel that you have good health then why you are building this phobia that you are fat. Your boyfriend and his family also feel that you are not fat. Also, as you specify that your waist is 31 inch and you want it to be 28 inch, for this I suggest you can do few yoga exercises daily in the morning with empty stomach along with taking warm water daily in the morning from 4-6 am. This will definitely help you to get results in few months. Note: Take morning walk of 4-6 km daily with slow running. Other ways are
Swimming
Running game,
Trampoline exercise

Eat less. Exercise more. Cut carbs.

There is no such thing as spot reducing.
