DO NOT WAIT TO SEE IF THEY GET WORSE!!!!!

material girl....this is what had been happening to my husband a few years back.

Long story short, he was diagnosed with ventricle arrythmia's

That is the serious, serious kind, as opposed to atrial

You can literally DROP DEAD from that, and you are having the same symptoms.

GO TO THE DOCTOR IMMEDIATELY!!!!

This is absolutely no joking matter.

Do go to the doc, MG...don't wait to see if it gets worse before you go. I know it's hard to make yourself do that, because I always say the same thing-- "I'll go if it gets worse"-- but really, you should just do it. You'll feel better after you figure out what it is....and you're worrying us all! Smile

Material Girl--

You've been in my thoughts the last two days.

Good for you--you made the appointment and by this time next week you'll have some solid, authorative information.

Hold your dominion.

Wow, doctors keep late hours there.

See, since you posted, 5 of those minutes have passed by....

You'll feel much better after seeing the doctor, because you won't be guessing any longer.

This is a good thing.

I wish I could be heavily sedated before I go in and just hand him a note saying whats been going on.

Actually, that might not be a bad idea.....not the sedation part, but the note.

I've gone on doctors visits where I had multiple things going on, and questions and concerns.

I written up a check list of the things I wanted to cover, along with some points I didn't want to forget about.

Go on and type up a note, it'll help you in your discussion with him.

Look!

Only a couple more hours to go.

Ok, I'm hanging here with you because I know you're freaked, and need a little stroking.

No, writing a list is not extreme.

In fact, I think it's very smart, and I think the doctor will feel the same way.

People tend to get amnesia when sitting on an exam table.

I'll bet doctors wish more of their patients would come in with lists.

Why exactly are you nervous? It may seem obvious to you, but I'm really not sure what part of this is bothering you.

It's a good thing, you're taking responsibility for your health, and if there is something wrong with you, it's the most sensibile thing in the world to find out what it is and take care of it.

Ignoring things do not make them go away.

When I have to do something I'm not looking forward to, I do this...

If the appt is @ 5:20, I think "At 6:30 I'll be all finished, and by 7:00 I'll be eating dinner"

Material girl--

What news?

I always take a list to all my doctors' appointments. Damnit, my health is important. All my doctors laugh a bit ruefully when I haul out my notebook, but they also compliment me on being organized.

Now, what news?

I think she just has internet access at work.

We'll all be on pins and needles until morning...not joking either.

I'm really curious to see what's up with our girl.
