I still think no means no, even if she didn't scream, if that is what happened, although of course way hard to prove. If that isn't what happened, then the friend at the party may be doing the moral thing by reporting bragging, if (of course) she did brag.

sorry i'm late...

i think one of the reasons this case is so intriguiging is that we finally have news that isn't about terrorism, war, or the economy. its a juicy summer drama we can sink our teeth into... personally, i can't wait to get a Shocked at this woman-child, and see why kobe risked throwing away his family, career, endorsement $$, etc.

an interesting tidbit is the fact that she once tried out for "american idol".

a defense attorney, Bob Ransome, was quoted as saying:
"If a victim in this type of case had a propensity to be seeking publicity, that would be something very, very important to me as a defense attorney. It is a possibility that this person was seeking the limelight and may find any way that she can to become a public persona. To me, it casts a shadow on the government's case, if it is true."

I heard on talk radio, that pictures on the internet that claim to be her are not her but a friend. Don't know if that was a rumor or a confirmed story though, so don't get too excited yet! (Pretty cute though)

it should've said "may or may not of", in keeping with the presumption of innocence.
