Come on Roger! Come on Roger!!!
Just talked to him, he's going to try to get connected. (People set up his computer...)
People set up his computer?
Not sure which person helping him...
Hello World
Osso, I can't thank you enough for keeping me connected with the real world. Spend 3 wks in the hospital, and you kind of change your ideas on reality, if you know wht I mean. Typing is a chore, and sitting is a pain in the butt (quite litterly), so bear with me. I'm going to look at the beginning of the thread and may or may not reply tonight.
Oh, wow, welcome back, kiddo!
I glanced over at the list of people on the forum, and there was ROGER's name.
Roger, You're back!!! Can't tell you how glad I am to see you.
Take it easy. Do what you can. Make yourself comfortable.
Roger is back!!

With a car, it can be done in half of that time
Now, THAT was funny. Walter
<Well>
Whoa, he's BACK! And in good spirits! Great to see you back, Rog!

The nurses station person I talked with was Loretta, and the nurse I talked with, that he actually liked, is Beth.
Dang. Up to page 20 so far. Speaking of nurses, that Loretta is one of the best, only. . . . Well, it's impossible to care too much, but I could see her feeling my pain. Don't know how long a person could stand that. Anyway, Beth and Loretta are both well above the norm. The rest follow the usual bell curve.
Back later
Fading here, very glad to see you back, manana...
Well, I've gotten an estimated 40+ emails, a dozen cards, and many phone calls from you guys. Sure hope I can get around and answer every one of you.
Somehow, I've always shied away from the touchy/feely threads and stuff like that. I changed my mind about it. All the attention, humor, and best wishes really has made me feel better - more than you would ever believe. Hey, how was I to know the sick and injured like getting mail, phone calls, and email? It worked for me.
This has been my best day since the accident, especially physically. I hope I didn't over-do the activity too much and stiffen up tomorrow, but it is darn good to know that everything either still works, or has the potential of working, especially in the utilities departments.
Later,
Roger

Yes, please take it very easy, Roger. Don't push yourself. But I'm sure you have been well & truly warned!
It must be wonderful to be on home territory again. I feel happy for you. I can imagine.
And I'll bet those critters of yours are ecstatic to see you're back! Their world returns to normal! And yours begins to ..
Enjoy & rest!
Welcome home, Roger!
The Dodger's back!
Hurray!
The Rat has rejoined the Pack!!!
Welcome back, Roger.
Fingers crossed for a speedy and trouble free recovery.
Oh man it's nice to see your little ratty face!
Take it slow, glad you're home and improving.
