i have both a fan (shelf-mounted) and a space heater (under desk), so i can have some control over the climate in my cubicle...

Chalk one up for saline treatment! A study shows kids treated with atlantic ocean water were healthier than those who were not. Colds/flus lasted shorter durations and re-ccouring symptoms less frequently.

I think I'll be breaking out the netti pot soon. The soft fleshy parts around the base of my ears are sore.

I'm sure losing the heat last night (it got down to 50ยบ) and waiting in sub-freezing temps for AAA for an hour this morning didn't help. My ears are starting to ring. At least I don't have to run to the bathroom every 5 minutes anymore!

Do I share too much?

I think it's neat how every little pharmacy carries some version of them now.

Not here. Apothocaries might, but a generic cvs or brooks won't.

Almost all health food stores carry them now.
