so because i believe in Christ, i am obviously blinded by cynicism and too naive to realize deceit?

I don't know why you "believe in Christ", as you put it.

My comment was regarding your cynicism about nature -- specifically, human nature. Since you believe that you are inherently defective, it seems to almost make sense that you would not trust your own judgment. The problem with that decision is that it is still your decision.

Describe the force of life to us first.
What is it?
How does it function?
Does it even exist?
You can't see it, therefor according to God can not be seen and therefor don't exist your life doesn't exist.
And sense your life doesn't exist your dead.
And sense your dead, you shouldn't be speaking.
Or are you the living dead?

That's what christians do best, obfuscate, ignore, and challenge our question with a question. Typical.

DAMN!

I can't seem to think of how I'll prove this FORCE, this LIFE FORCE to you. ****! No that I realize I can't prove it exists, this FORCE, a FORCE that life is powered by.

"Life Force?"

Where do you get this crap?

now, describe God. Or are you too unsure that your definition will come back to bite you later.

THE EXISTENCE OF GOD
He holds everything together and gives us life.
Like I said in a different post, nothing makes sense without a God.

Scott777ab,

What does it mean, "the force of life"? This terminology is undefined. It is not useful to this discussion to define it by another undefined term ("God").

What if I told you that "glarfo" is "zork", and "zork" is "glarfo"?

I have never mentioned "the force of life" before in any of my posts. Don't even know what it means or translates into. People of religion are notorious for creating words that has no reality in them, but that's to be expected. Their imaginary friend is only visible to them.

Everything. I already said that.
Simply Everything.
Without a God, nothing makes sense.
With a God, everything makes sense.
So everything is held together by the simple existence of God.
Without a God nothing would exist.

It is a rare occurance that I am this happy read a responce. This post simulatenously illustrates your ignorance, and despiration.

Plenty of things make sense without a god. for that matter, very few things make sense with the presence of a god. God for that matter, in any form, is absolutely counter-intuitive.

Man coming from dust is counter intuitive and woman coming from a rib (and further NOT dust) is just one example of counter-intuitive non-sense.

The universe seems to hold itself together fine without a god. Without a god, plenty exists. in fact, everything.

So, when you say that "everything is held together", what you mean is that "everything makes sense". (Right?)
If that's what you mean then I disagree. I think it is a mistake to build a theory around what you believe the answer should be. It is better to consider what (if anything) is suggested by the evidence. By claiming a supernatural explanation, unsupported by any evidence, you merely suggest that you have stopped trying.

Do you think most of the human race would have this as a common diagnosis? It seems to me that perhaps the symptoms "delusions of grandeur" specifically diagnosed as schizophrenia would be more applicable to individuals than to most of the whole human race.

Delusions of grandeur - for example when you believe that you are very special or have special powers or abilities. An example of a grandiose delusion is thinking you are a famous rock star.

However, given what little I know of Man and the universe, it does not appear we are of any consequence, except to ourselves and our environ in an immediate sense* but then again I am not sure I have the tools for this type of measurement. OTOH if we were to ever encounter alien life forms we then might have more of a basis for comparison!

*Footprints etc on the Moon notwithstanding!
