I thought the conventional Republican format was to phrase it as a question: "Are you, or have you ever been, a leftist?"

It may be, but I'm just trying to help FD. The first step is for her to acknowledge and admit she has a problem. I'm just trying to help her start down the road to recovery.

Close. It's more like "how does it feel to know you are a leftist?"

I just saw this thread come up in the new posts. I was surprised to see it. It made me wonder: Are there actually still people out there who would consider themselves Bush supporters?

Then I saw this exchange between you guys and see that there isn't. Whew!

That's a great question. I mean, don't you feel like taking a shower all the time?

Hairy armpits that don't use deodorant.

Well, we've got marijuana, hairy armpits, and no deodorant ... those are the biggies.

Why do conservatives always smell like they're well over the six-martini limit? And they've used WAY too much perfume (except the guys call it cologne, but it's still just perfume)?

Tico shoots out a few "piss off" and "bullshite" comments (I've never seen him use such intemperate language, incidentally, he must have got quite cross) and the whole thread starts to deteriorate.

That sounds like a screening question at the blood bank.

Have you had sex, even once, with another man since 1977?

The thread started to deteriorate well-before I showed up today, McT.

(Play your cards right and you might get to see me throw a "bite me" into the mix.)
