@Reyn,
To paraphrase a philosopher:
"I stink, therefore I spray."
@Reyn,
Edgar, is this topic dead now?
I think it has run it course.
I think I love this thread and hope that Edgar will bring it back to life.
This is my small start.
@Diane,
I think you may have your wish, diane. I read most of it over today and I think it's about the best one I have done.
1a. I think poopyheadism lives on.
2a. I think pie should go no higher than the sky.
3a. I think New York has done a swell thing by letting gays have their full civil rights.
4a. I think Bruce Willis is a pretty fair actor after all.
5a. I think Sergeant Preston ought to have back his Yukon.
6a. I think my spellchecker ought to recognize poopyheadism as a legitimate word.
7a. I think the ignore feature is not to be taken lightly. However, it can be a useful tool.
8a. I think bipolar bear is pretty swell for sending me his DVD (which I have yet to actually receive, as it is still in the mail).
9a. I think there will be panties from heaven for you and for me.
10a. I think this July Fourth is a good day for reflecting on where we came from and where we ought to be going as a nation, because -
11a. I think it is still possible to snatch victory from the jaws of defeat.
@edgarblythe,
I think friendship is what makes for a civil society.
Thank heaven for those who know how to be a friend and how to accept friendship.
I don't think, I know that I'm glad Edgar is thinking again and sharing his thoughts.
12a. I think encouragement is the best form support.
13a. I think warm homecoming is the best feeling in the world.
14a. I think naysayers are necessary to make the rest of us check our emotions and facts.
15a. I think the person not wanting to allow religious pronouncements at veterans' funerals in Houston is dead wrong. It is on govt. property, but these are individual personal funerals.
16a. I think emachines are crap.
17a. I think the coffee is a bit off lately. Perhaps a new brand is in order.
18a. I think Punky the dog is a real character, carrying her chicken squeaky toy around everywhere she goes and sleeping with it.
19a. I think my newest poems are not worth the time I put into them (but I can't help myself {somebody stop me}).
20a. I think it's a rip-off the way my Magnavox flat screen TV has such a puny sound that I had to buy a system to help me understand the words being spoken.
I think there's something sick about all the interest in Casey Anthony.
I think Obama's done real well, all thing's considered.
I think meeting A2K people is one of those things I just must do one day.
I think that weight being hard to lose and easy to gain is a cosmic injustice.
I think some things have to be experienced to be understood.
@snood,
I think you are a good thinker, snood.
21a. I think my waterproof work shoes will no longer keep water out, since one developed a tear in the side.
22a. I think the corn and rice based macaroni I ate last night was okay, but not exactly spot on. Somebody has suggested I try the oriental noodles next time. Perhaps.
23a. I think the drought will be recurring for many years to come.
24a. I think my health has been improving as I age. Hope my job does not break it back down.
25a. I think Roger Clemens is about to hit a buzz saw.
Now that I'm older and hard of hearing, I think the background music on tv shows should be lowered to a soft background sound instead of competing with what is being said on the show.
Lot's of words for "Turn it down, already."
I think this is a good thread.
@Diane,
you right at any age, i watch the show for the dialogue,not the hit parade
