@FOUND SOUL,
I have read testimonials by and about actual users. For me, about four two ounce drinks per day. A story I read about a man from Ireland, who eschewed chemotherapy, when told he would be dead in three months, instead opted for wheat grass and has survived four years so far. Much of this stuff works, but of course not everything out there does. A person has to find a program that fits their own individual needs to get anywhere with it. Having time to experiment is one of the greatest boons I have had.

Good morning. The wife had an accident in the driveway. She is okay. Wrecked both vehicles. At the mouth of the entrance there is a dip and a drop off in the pavement. When she rounded the turn into the yard the wheels apparently hit that spot. The tires lost partial traction on one side, enough to fish tail the car and make it touch a fence post and then ram into my truck's rear. The car could be totaled. The truck runs, but the rear bumper is shot and steering does not respond well. I am getting the car ready for the wrecker, planning to ride with the driver to pick up a loaner car.

@edgarblythe,
Ouch. Glad she's OK. Sorry to hear about the vehicles.

We got a swell Malibu to drive while the insurance company decides how best to screw - I mean, compensate us.

@edgarblythe,
the rear bumper I understand. and can help you replace for $100 or less.

the steering makes no sense...

@Rockhead,
The truck was in park. The impact moved it some feet. I saw that the power steering fluid is gone. Also saw that the right tire no longer lines up with the left, in front. I could have put in some fluid, but I want a person with smarts to check it out. I may take you up on the bumper, but the truck is now at Haney's Car Care. He does not do body work.

@edgarblythe,
keep me posted.

park would affect the transmission, but the steering, unless there was a front impact of some sort, or major frame damage in the rear, shouldn't be off, let alone leak.

are you sure it was steering fluid and not transmission fluid?

and keep an eye on that guy, he's kinda shifty...

@Rockhead,
I drove the car into the street to check it out last evening. Had a hard time steering it back in. The steering fluid looks dry as they get. Maybe a line got snapped, as there was a spot it looked like it leaked on. For right now the transmission is working. The exhaust seemed okay, but the tail pipe had gotten wedged behind a piece of the car and I shoved it off. Hope that stuff is okay. Did I mention the door scraped a tree and the front half-way knocked my wire fence down.

@edgarblythe,
if it was out of fluid, it would be very hard to steer.

and possibly simple to fix...

@Rockhead,
If the wheels were still in alignment I would have tackled the steering. But, I trust Haney to do me right. Have I mentioned on this thread that two or three times this year he charged me for parts but not labor?

Is there anything you can do about that nastybody dip at the driveway entry area?
Or is it somehow necessary there?

@ossobuco,
One side of the drive is paving. It drops off in a dip of dirt and gravel on the other side. I have been planning for some time to put asphalt in the dropped off part, but I have yet to spend the at least $60.

@Rockhead,
I watched Green Acres a few weeks ago. It gets rerun on week end mornings here. Haney was a funny guy.
