I have enjoyed the pictures too. Why don't you guys start your own mascot of a2k to send around since rocky has a time limit and is a school project.

Tomorrow evening is the earliest possible departure, drewdad. Our nature center is hoping to interest the newspaper in the project, and I would rather not send him off till I hear from them. They're closed today - it's a government thing.
Of course, you could pm or email an address sooner so I can have everything ready for an instant departure.

I will be doing that, with a hamster. I'm giving Rocky a bit more time, then starting that.
Anyone else is welcome to start their own project though.

Thanks for the up dates.
Nice pictures from New Mexico- loved Rocky and the cowboy with lady.
Osso- PEZ, really PEZ?
This was invented 1927 in Austria. When I was a kid I had a collection of these.
Now I am smiling.

Yes, Ul, I had meant to say Pez and got myself confused. I remember them as "Pez dispensers".

Half way up to the Sandias and looking back to Albuquerque.
The summit was in the clouds - so no view.
Thought of winter in August.
Do you still have snow this year?

Rocky's kind of a free spirit, so I'm not sure ordinary rules apply.
Oh, a delay has <nice> occurred. Rocky accepted an invitation to spend tomorrow at the museum's nature center. I'm sure he'll make lots of friends.
