Well, ONE day would be really fast - a letter from Germany to Austria usually takes two days (mostly, can observe that nearly once per week :wink: ).

Yes, I hope to meet Rocky when I am home,I am still in school. One of those long days.
I hope you also packed in some sunshine- storm Olli is bringing lots of rain today. Rocky would need
a mackintosh right now.

I've send it as letter - sunshine imncluding would have been a bit more expensibe. But tu felix Austria ... - that should be sunny enough

Rocky has safely arrived!
Tomorrow he wants to meet my class to go skating with us in front of the city hall. He also thinks of exploring the UN City and some places down town.
Have to find rain gear for him. :wink:

Rocky got his pass to the ice rinks on the Rathausplatz ( City hall square).

These young ladies were eager to skate with him.


My kids ( First graders) were all very excited to meet Rocky. Walter taught him a bit of German and the kids tried to speak English with him. (What's your name? My name is..., I live in Vienna. Where do you live? Do you like ...)

A need a day more, I had to stay in school till 5 pm- subbing duties. Then it was getting dark already.

PS: I am having a lot of troubles to connect to A2K- this post needed 3 attemps- always: Critical Error.
