With the threats from Al Qaeda to start a similar insurgency in Somalia as they are doing in Iraq and Afghanistan, it's good to see something being done about it early. With the Ethiopian military routing the Somalia Islamists and warlords out of Mogadishu it should be like shooting fish in a barrel.

Despite what the losers on the left say here, it's a good move and good news.

About 9 years late with the attacks but it's still good to see it happening..
The losers on the left just don't understand.

I didn't realize collateral damage could enter into the marriage contract.

"Government spokesman Abdirahman Dinari said it was not known how many people were killed, "but we understand there were a lot of casualties. Most were Islamic fighters."

Witnesses said that in Tuesday's attack, the helicopters opened fire on the road that leads to the Kenyan border. They said they could not clearly make out the markings on the aircraft.

Daqane said two newlyweds were among the dead Tuesday.

The U.S. Embassy in Nairobi reissued a terror warning Tuesday to Americans living in or visiting the Horn of Africa.

Monday evening's airstrike came after the suspects were seen hiding on a remote island on the southern tip of Somalia, close to the Kenyan border, Somali officials said. The island and a site near the village of Hayi, 155 miles to the north, were hit.

The main target was Fazul Abdullah Mohammed, who allegedly planned the 1998 attacks on the U.S. embassies in Nairobi and Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, that killed 225 people. "

cj's comment: I guess Al Queda is now performing wedding ceremonies.

cjhsa, key words, alleged, suspects. Bushie has killed a lot of suspects. Tortured many. And he has so much more to feed on since most humans are suspects to Bushie. Those who are not with him are suspects and with the terrorists.

You propose we just let these people run free? I happen to like it when we take these people out. It shows we aren't going to take **** from them and that we will one day catch up to them. We don't forget. I know you would rather hide from the terrorists and insulte a complete stranger on the train. You don't have to balls to fight someone who will fight back. Hide in your corner and when your on the bus look for another woman to be rude to. It seems thats all you can handle.

No, he doesn't want to hide from them, he wants to understand and empathize with them. He, and others, want to know why they feel the way they do and work arm-in-arm with them to try to work through the problems facing the poor Islamic terrorists.

We should feel compassion for those that want to kill Americans because America is nothing more then a fascist empire that must be brought to her knees because we are nothing more then a greedy, corrupt civilization that does nothing but kill innocents, keep dictators in power, oppress the poor and hungry and pollute the world with our oil burning cars and industries.

He doesn't want to hide from them, he wants to join them.

Interesting that don't kill them equates to join them.

Or even, stop them but don't take pleasure in killing them equates to join them.

How do we stop them without killing them? Do we understand them and bow down to their way of life?

Why don't we simply try staying out of their way of life first?

So, just to be clear, you don't want to kill Al Qaeda terrorists, or bomb Al Qaeda training camps?

Pretty much the same reason we don't try staying out of the Mafia's way.

The Italian Mafia doesn't plot to destroy the US. If they did, then we ought to.
