I said that because the basic cable channel has been building a reputation not for playing movies which was the majority of the channel's scheduling until recently (several years or so) where they're now known far more for their original TV series.
AMC's original TV series:
Breaking Bad;
The Killing;
Mad Men;
The Walking Dead.
I've only watched the pilot of the zombie attack series, The Walking Dead.
