Surely you've lost some of that freedom already...where is the revolt?
I haven't lost any freedoms; it's only the people living in a handfull of the super blue states who have.
I frequently get emails and calls from people wanting me to take jobs in California and NY and they act like they're in a state of shock when told I'm not interested in living in those places.
I mean, aside from freedom issues, why would anybody want to pay five million dollars for the privilege of living in a neighborhood which smelled like seal ****?
You probably think I'm making that up, but seals and white sharks are both protected out there in fruit/nut landand the sharks keep the seals penned up on the beaches where all the wealthy californicators live and, since the people aren't allowed to touch the seals OR the sharks, the whole place smells like seal ****.
Now, in a free country like the United States actually was in 1955 and will someday be again, what you would do is to take a 30' boat and some really stout fishing line and a rubber seal with a huge hook in it, hook one of the white sharks and bring him close enough to the boat and then pull out the 45/70 and, since sharks don't really have enough of a brain to shoot at, shoot the thing through the gills and let it bleed to death and, with any luck at all, every other shark within five miles will shortly arrive on the scene and they'd all tear eachother to pieces. Then the seals would swim back out into the ocean, and your multimillion dollar property wouldn't smell like seal **** any more.
