How do you feel about them? Have you used them? By yourself? With a partner? Is it better with toys? Worse?

I know the basic idea with a vibrator, but there are some serious devices out there that look like you'd need a user's guide and schematic. For instance, this thing here.

LordE, you kill me. But seriously, I bet you know how these things work. Do you feel that sex toys are a healthy addition to a couple's sex life? Or is it just a distraction from the natural beauty of two people just plain gettin' it on?
