I think this thread digressed long ago, JoeN. I would like to say that i applaud your attitude. To learn anything about which there is, or is likely to be, controversy, it is necessary to go to more than one source. To fail in that is to fail to learn all that can be learned of the topic, as well as to fail to learn what others think, whether or not you would agree with said thoughts.

I think you've got the right take on this.

I hear what you're saying. The MassNews may be the only paper I now read down that way, but I do watch a lot of US news stations on tv and always keep at least one eye going in different direction. I suppose you could say that I also read some things in other news papers since I do read the links to many articles here. Very good point you bring up there though ;-)
