These tribes have a history of voting off the most annoying person instead of the one who is the greatest threat. That jury would love to vote for Adam over any of the other people. I'm disappointed that Yul and Ozzie couldn't figure that out.

Joe, As smart as Yul is, I think you give him too much credit in assuming that getting rid of Jonathan was designed to cement his position with the jury. I think Green Witch is right. They just vote off the person who's getting on their nerves at the moment.

blacksmithn, I'm with you. Giant mistake not to get rid of Adam when they had the chance.

You guys are right. I am greatly underestimating the immensity of their density.

I think another double elimination is coming up. Last show is Dec 14, and last show is usually the final four. So in this coming week's episode, will they get rid of 2 players? Oh wait, I just used both hands for counting -- there's currently 7 players (it's so easy to miss Sundra) -- they need to get rid of 3 players. Hmmmm.

Ok, here is some news straight from the clown's mouth. If you don't want to know, don't read any further.

The final tribal council will only have 9 people on the jury. That's right folks. They will be voting among 3 finalists, not 2 as in past seasons. Bet nobody saw that coming.

Like I couldn't resist not peaking!

That actually sounds kinda cool - by the way the finale is on Sunday, the 17th.

On CBS website when you choose survivor - they show a giveaway with Mercury - in the picture there are three tortures lit - wonder if that is a clever give away or just a coincedence?

Wonder also if the car curse will still hold true?

The finale is this Sunday? There are five people left. Even with three people in the final, the math doesn't work--unless there's a double elimination.

So Yul got beat on the puzzle! The time to get rid of Ozzy was when they were still in tribes. Now they have to hope that he loses the one remaining(?) elimination. The numbers are confusing me.

The jury is loaded with people eliminated by Yul, Ozzy, Becky, and Sondra. Would the jurors vote for Adam if he's one of the remaining three?

Did anyone else hear them announce - three more tribal counsels left?

That would mean that kitchenpete is correct - I did hear the same thing as well.

They have five - next eliminates one down to four, then next down to three and then the final.

Think they kept Adam because they felt he was the best able to beat Ozzie? And everyone feels most threatened to be against Ozzie in the end even more so than Adam.

I think the jurors would love to vote for Adam, he's cuddled with a least half of them. I want to know if they're going to show the cat fight between Candace and Parvatti that probably happened when Parvatti showed up at The Loser Hotel. Candace got to witness Parvatti doing a lot of Adam fondling at the elimination and she also got a tender kiss goodbye.

I think they said there will be three tribal councils in the final episode. Won't that bring it down to two people in the end? Is my math wrong?

Ozzie and Adam must either win challenges or die, unless the girls decide to break it off with Yul. I think Yul still has two more councils to use the idol - is that correct?

Yul, Becky and Ozzie = my bet for final three.

Becky wins

I quoted myself when I was trying to edit - I meant what coastalrat said (just read something by kitchenpete and mixed everyone up).

The way I read it is that they (meaning Yul) don't think that Adam has a chance of winning the immunity, so he's safer to keep around than Parvati who has been close a number of times. He admitted it himself, at tribal, that he hasn't really performed well.

Ozzie needs to keep winning immunity, at least until Yul's immunity expires (anyone know when that is?) -- because in a free-for-all endgame, I can see Becky and Sundra turning on Yul. He's been in control for so long, and in this game that's often the reason to bite him.

If Adam is half of the final two, would he get enough jury votes? Candice for sure and Parvati, but after that? Jonathon will vote for who he admires -- an ace strategist. Brad has had no contact with Ozzie or Sundra. I don't think there was much mutual respect there between him & Adam. But he might have fond memories of Becky & Yul.

Rebecca, I'm not sure -- but Jenny has no love for Adam. Nathan -- also not positive but he'd probably vote for Adam. And as for the next jury members (Ozzy, Sundra, Becky or Yul), I doubt that any would vote for Adam.

Hmmm ... adding it up ... it may be close between Adam & Yul. But to get there Adam has to win an immunity challenge or two.

I still hope that Ozzie wins.

But I'm disappointed that they haven't shown more of the local features and culture. It is rich.

One thing I wonder is why doesn't Ozzie allow himself to win and by so much the reward challenges? I would think it would be in his best interest to tone it down in the rewards so as not to appear so much a threat. I mean he collected double the amount of mud as anyone else. I suppose it is the competitor in him.

Ah, he's young ~ maybe the youngest of them all. I think he does what he does for the pure joy of being able to do it. Maybe he's naive, but I love someone who grabs everything they can from life.

Yup, Yul!! I would have been happy with either Yul or Ozzie. Ozzie is an amazing competitor. Amazing!

The three people in the final turned out to be irrelevant. Becky was not a factor at all. Maybe with another group, but with two such dominant players as Yul and Ozzie, she didn't stand a chance.

The people who opposed the final four, first as a tribe and then as individuals, played so badly that I had to wonder whether any of them had ever watched the show. Voting off people they didn't like rather than applying some kind of conscious strategy. Alienating the people in power instead of trying to find a way in. I don't know that anything would have helped. That was a tight group, but no one seemed especially interested in trying.

So Candice was all gooey over Adam as a strategy? LOL.

I missed the wrap-up show (damn having to get up and go to work!). So Candice and Adam was just strategy? If so, that's really pretty funny for both of them. What about Billy? I saw where he came out holding some girl's hand, but then I had to shut off the TV and get to bed. Any other revelations I missed?
