I can answer the first one for you Reyn. It pays very well so long as you can find people crazy enough to pay you. The crazier they are, the more they will pay.
And why do you make "working from home" sound so sinister?

Dr. Chai, I recently started a new job. Well, to make a long story short, I've overdone it with the moving of stuff around, and my lower back is quite sore.
