Your changes have been duly noted, JPinMilw

Johnboy really. really tried to resist saying this. But he failed. McGentrix is one of only 3 folks so far (out of 11) who has SF ( am one of the 3). He is one of 2 who has GB. And he stands alone in picking Cleveland.
Is McGentrix really as conservative as we thought he was?

Total Number of Points Scored In That Game

There is no Thursday night game so we have until about 1 pm on Sunday to make picks for all of the weekend's games.

Good Luck and NEW PLAYERS ARE WELCOME TO PARTICIPATE!

By the way. If you submit your picks and then change your mind later in the week...no problem. Just post the new pick. I buy wite-out in 55-gallon drums. It would probably be good, though, to shout at me so I am sure to notice the change.

FOR MY NEXT TRICK...
Here is a new feature to this site. Maybe it will fly; maybe it will bomb. I am searching for an appropriate acronym for this. The working title for this right now is That Is A Really Stupid Question, Johnboy!

Each week you will be asked to predict the result of something. Participation in responding to this will have no effect on the main game.
There is no prize or anything. It is total drivel. Johnboy likes drivel.

Week #2: I made the point that the offenses were outplayed by the defenses in Week #1, in my opinion. Three teams got shut out and the average number of points scored by the 32 teams was just over 17. For the week, the total number of points scored by the 32 teams was 553.

How many points will be scored in Week #2?

Plenty of time left, but still looking for JPB, Kicky, Tico, Chiso and Gus. And, I hope, Pan.
And anyone else who wants to play?

A local furniture dealer has the offer: Buy at least three thousand dollars worth of merchandise before noon kickoff. If the Texans beat the Colts, the furniture is all free. I hope mightily for a big upset, just so the guy will have to pay for his public lack of confidence in the home team.

Last week a furniture store outside Chicago said your purchase is free if the Bears shut out the Packers, that was a costly promotion for him.

About a half hour to go. We are at 16 players. Kickycan has been pmed and I have seen him on other threads. Come on Kicky. I've seen Gus around but I reckon he is still pouting about last week. Get over it.
