Not entirely true. Many of the non-Orthodox Jewish folk eat pork products as if they were matzohs(and occasionally on matzoh). How about the ever popular herring followed up with some sweet and sour pork? As for the circumcision matter, the usual performed by the Mohel is a little different in appearance from the standard hospital procedure and often leaves a little something hanging on. (am I allowed to say foreskin here?) There are different levels of the Bris anything from full cut to slight cut (I am being vague here, I know..perhaps it'll encourage people to do some googleized research on the matter).
