It's labor work working in a company that makes ventilation systems and they offer much more than I'm getting now and there are plenty of opportunities to grow in the company.
I would be working nights (which I prefer) and it's a 4 night work week, 10 hours a night, so I'll have 3 day weekends every weekend, unlike the one day weekend I have now.
It's not a seasonal job, so I'd be back to working all year.
They have nice benefits that would give me much job security, which I truly need.
The lobster business is very unpredictable and even though we are burried in hours now, in 2 weeks it's going to slow way down and stay that way until september and since I just bought a new car, it would be a struggle during that time.
The company is only a five minute drive away and I would also save a small fortune in gas.
