Well, I am obviously missing something. The judges thought that Elliot was awesome? I didn't like it at all. My husband said it was the changes and the whatever the heck stuff in the music he did that was so difficult and pulled it off, but I don't see it.

Elliot Yahmin. Kind of a cross between Frank Sinatra's voice and uh, I don't know, hard to describe. He's ok, but he really reminds me of a lounge singer.

She's singing now. She blew it. Patsy Cline? She's a cutie but she's using that and not her talent tonight I think. I'm a big Patys Cline fan and just can't buy this.

I just asked my husband if there was something wrong with my ears. Ace sucked! I am sorry. Yeah, he's gorgeous. Yeah, those eyes'll kill you. But he was offkey more than on. Thank God for Simon telling the truth. Maybe if Ace had strutted in front of Simon........................???? hehehe

I agree shewolfnm. He'd make a great model. Singer, no. I was kind of disappointed with what I did see of tonight's show. I wish I had seen Mandisa. She is good. Well, at least I got to see Taylor. I love his uniqueness. I'm tired of all these singers that sound alike.

I honestly didnt think I would. I thought, and this is bad of me..but.. I thought he was getting 'hype' simply because of his unique look.
He looks like a few famous people depending on what profile side you are looking at .

But he is fun when he sings.

I didnt get to watch the little kid.. ( chicken little ) but I did see his clip.....
when he sings,he looks like he is taking a dump.
he looks scared out of his MIND.
but he has a good voice.

I remember when I was taking voice lessons ( all of a few months worth) i was told that, in order to sing properly, you have to sing like you have a grape on the back of your tongue, that you cant allow to move....

when I see that kid singing, I can almost picture the grape there.. and that is what is scaring him. HAHA!!
