Oof, that's tough. Being stoic at a funeral -- that's a superpower if I ever heard one. <sigh>

PS Jake the dog would have thought I was poisoning him if I gave him a banana. Iffy must be a magical creature indeed.

You know, jes, I never thought of it that way. Thank you!

I am better today.

Yesterday I had to be a grieving friend as well as a birthday party hostess. (No wonder I was worn out.) Does that qualify me for superpower status?

Thank you. You are all very kind. I do appreciate it.

Now, back to the fun. Please. I've hijacked this thread long enough. What other superpowers do we A2Kers have?

I am impressed!

Totally beyond me. We have to file Schedules A, C, D and E plus a Depreciation & Amortization form. WAAAAAY too complicated.

Standing and cheering for you, jes!!!

Yes, and I didn't want to brag, but actually, after hemming them, I....make sure you are sitting down....

Took in the seam and inch and a 1/2 because they were too baggy on my legs.

Why not just have bought different pants, you might ask?

because....this notary woman has a small waist compared to her ass, and if she can find pants that fits both those areas....she buy them!

Next, I may just tackle taking in the darts a little more on a shirt, since my waist is also way smaller than the upstairs bits too.

Can you feel my power.....?

I feel the power of the needle. And the thread. I might sew a button on a shirt tonight. It's either that or dinner, RP. You make the call. Mr. Green

I'm sitting (arf?). The Rabbi (my cousin) is in the back. I think this is about the time that RP promised my Dad he was eventually going to get around to paying him the two goats and the five sacks of grain he owed him.
