(Curtsies, smiles)
Conrad was on the news last night. No new revelations...though he did say he was settling into his role as a freedom fighter (cringe).
Having several spare minutes this morning I looked around a bit and found this:
The Hollinger Chronicles
and this:
U.S. Department of Justice
Terribly long, and I've only skimmed, but I thought this might be a good place to mark them.
Absolutely could not have happened to a better guy.
Beth, realistically, I see no reason why he wouldn't be allowed to do it, if acquitted.
In the interim, he'll keep renewing his temporary resident permit.
Once convicted, he'll be bonafide inadmissible. He'll need to wait a bunch a years and then demonstrate rehabilitation, or, get a minister's permit to return (Nah. Too many people would gag).
We'll have to pay attention to the goings on at the Ontario Superior Court, too. There's a lotta crap to follow. Barbara's got some troubles there herself. Since Radler's a codefendant, I can only imagine how things will fall out in that venue. Whoo boy.
