I hear what you are saying, RL...and I note that SM suggests the exact opposite in the next post.
But I fail to see how either of you actually compute the "possibilities" (I think this actually is a problem of probabilities) so as to determine which is higher and which is lower.
As I have dealt with this over the years, I have come to the conclusions that when "probabilities" come into play...the "probabilities" each party claims to be higher is also the "probability" that person wants to be higher...rather than as a result of a computation.
As for me...I cannot compute the probabilities...and I do not see enough evidence up0n which to make a meaningful estimate.
