Actually, raising four kids, my wife and I divided up chores around the house. I did all the cooking then. I am no gourmet cook. Many meals were improvised goulashes. My oldest daughter onc said she missed those meals.

I'm guessing that since you're in New Mexico, medium + actually means "OHMYGODMYMOUTHISONFIRE!!!" hot.
