Im thinking..at their age..do you really want to get up close & personal?

Wink

Still, interesting...kinda works nice cuz I have wanted to go see some concerts but, not up for the big crowded arena thing anymore...a nice spot to hang out is much more my age I guess

When is your fall foliage at its peak in the Boston
area? If I was to come to Boston, I would really
like to see a spectular fall display. Do the colors
last for several weeks, at least and which month
is most likely to have one of Mother Nature's
greatest displays!!! I've only been to Boston during
the summer months, and while I enjoyed it alot
I would TRULY adore seeing some terrific fall
color. Have you all decided on the date yet???

babs--It all depends on the weather, but the entire month of October can be amazing.

Babs - some years the folliage lasts longer and some years shorter. It depends on the weather. Not just the weather of the autumn, but also the weather of the summer. Aaaand, you'd most benefit from traveling out of Boston to see the good stuff. If you do plan to go leef-peeping you have a little more flexibility. The folliage first starts up in N.Western New England and moves it's way down South.

I was in slum of ville on Saturday as well. I'm hoping you weren't the guy puking in the corner of the ATM in Davis Square. Or were you the one actually trying to pick a fight with a mailbox as you swore to your friends it was looking at you funny?

And mikey, if that's actually the case I promise never to drop you off there again, no matter how much of a good idea you think it is. Two weeks in Magoun Square? Good lord man.

Neither. I was the guy wearing only the orange construction worker's vest, jogging, while eating a meatloaf+cheese sandwich, while singing U2's "It's a beautiful day."

Funny that. I was in Davis Square sat. night myself. I was the one covered with paint, carrying the Red Bones take-out, remember me?

Oh MY! I LOOOOVEEEE Red Bones. The pulled pork, the brisket, the cole slaw... yummmm. I'm a good SLovak, you know. Meat and potatoes and I am happy as can be... I will live nearby in a month, so I may be in a bit more frequently than healthy...

I was in slummerville trying to find my way out for a good 15 minutes tonight. I was trying to get from point a to point b by going through the damn vortex which is always a dumb idea.
