We're heading for a 40C weekend. In F this is a lot.
Low to mid twenties.
Where I am, we may all be dead of frostbite tomorrow.
9 f in CowTown tonight, burrrrr.
Wilso, can you pack some of that C/F and send it to us?
Pueo, nice...........
LG: Same where I am:)
JD: We're a little warmer than you, but not much:(
With the windchill today, there was a high of -36F. (-38C). Scary! We haven't had weather like that for years.
MCK: I don't think any one of us has experienced temps like this in many moons. I know Florida hasn't.
Stay warm as best you can. TGIF:)

What are the implications of going out in weather like that? Do people still go to work? Is there a time limit on how long one can stay out, or is all OK if you dress right?
Never been in anything below 0 degrees.
Global warming, my Aunt Tallulah! It is now a balmy 39 and going down to the mid twenties!
I had to go to the doctor this afternoon. My neighbor was out stripping his grapefruit and orange trees.
Misti and Lash, life goes on as usual. We layer up when we go out. We still go to work, the kids still go to school. Warm up the car for 10 minutes and don't forget your mittens. Nothing stops for the cold. We're hardy folk!!
phoenix, I wish!! I was in Florida 2 weeks ago. Can hardly remember now.
Dead serious BD, I kid you not!
BOSTON:
"Baby, it's cold outside".
McK: You're right, we are hardy ... we did it when we lived in NY for many years:)
I heard about the snow at Cape C today...I was laughing hysterically then, I thought..dang..better stock up on OJ and..those poor people who dont even have mittens.
Twas funny though.
Quinn, we were laughing too! It just doesn't seem right, yah know?
I was all set to go buy furry slippers, flannel PJ's after work, but it was too cold!
Doesn't take much, huh?
