That would be from a man's perspective and not from God's though.
How do you know?
One needs only to contemplate the issues raised by Satan (beyond the 'doesn't that fruit look tasty?' point of view) to see that this need be settled only once.
If you have the time to explain this I'd love to know how you arrived at this viewpoint. (if this is something you've already covered just say 'I've already covered it moron' and I'll go find it.)
Covered many times; but easy to overlook:
The statement by Satan in Genesis 3: 4,5 to the effect that God was withholding something good from the human pair is a challenge to the rightfulness of God's sovereignty. The entire angelic universe was looking on. How would God react?
I know how I would. . . BZZZZT!
Well, God certainly had the right to zap em all right then and there, but out of love for Adam and Eve's unborn future offspring, he provided a remedy.
Additionally, he has provided time and opportunity for Satan to make his case, even giving him rulership over the world. (John 14:30) There is much more to this, of course, but all will eventually have the opportunity to judge for themselves whether Satan was correct.
Such a decision will stand for all time.
