Oh yes we would.
Sea otters have BIG teeth.
Sadly for female sea otters, when mating with them, male sea otters have nothing to hang onto except the females' noses - (cos of being in the sea, right?) - and they leave the noses all bloodied.
Sometimes, the wounds are so bad, they cause the death of the females...sigh.
All this because, though there ARE rocks which they could mate on more easily - THE MALES WONT'T ASK FOR DIRECTIONS!!!!!
Sea otters only pretty recently took to spending all their time at sea - because of intense human predation - and they are not totally adapted.
Some male sea otters also get females to hunt for them, by taking the babies, (which are left floating on the sea while the females dive) and refusing to release them until ther female gives the bastid her catch.
All this is true - except, possibly, the not asking for directions.
