I rather suspect that school being out is our problem here. When school is back in session, we might be a good deal less troubled with the alleged "iknow."

Shocked
If this is an academic forum, you might want to think about your spelling and grammar skills.

because women want to be respected. they want to get things from a relationship. men just want sex. women are likely to get more from the guy if the guy stays with the woman. instead of the guy just being there for sex.

so women get more by men staying with them? women are made better because a man stays in a relationship with them? wow, that is the most chauvanistic thing i have heard in a long time. so if a woman just wanted sex out of the relationship, by your rationalization above, they would be more honorable?

yes, but they wouldn't. not if they spend time to think about what they are feeling, and that they wouldn't be happier that way.

so men are actually capable of actions without thinking about what they are feeling-or thinking they might be happier too in a commited relationship? that is what you are implying is it not? that women cannot be in a relationship without thinking about what they are feeling, but men can because they just need sex.

so men are just sex machines and no coherent thoughts other than sex, sex, sex?

are you supposed to be all about kindness?? from your profile...

http://www.kindnessassociation.org/

calling someone a slut is kind? saying women can't exist in a relationship without knowing that not engaging in sex would be better for them? how is that kind?

meaning and content are more importnat than the way in which they are communicated. communication is only purpose to understand what the other person is saying. you understnad what i'm saying right? i thought so..............

Oh my god, i'm laughin' so hard my sides hurt.

You consider broadcast insults against women based upon a stone age definition of the sexual roles of men and women to be "an academic debate ? ! ? ! ?" Stop him, he's killin' me . . .

You obviously haven't been out in the real world. It isn't always in what you say but how you say it. Please. Don't go there with me. This was my degree in college so if you want to go at it regarding communication, lets go.

And no, half the time you can't understand what you are saying.

hmm no wonder we are in this situation...you think communication is not important....however, we find it hard to take someone seriously when they spell as badly as you...

Dragon 49-

It's a bit passe now.Nobody is interested in any facts.I wasn't arguing anything.I just pointed a few things out.

If a woman wants respect she should stay virginal until marriage and faithful afterwards. All this other stuff is just guilt because women know that deep down that is what they should do.When they can't do it,for whatever reason, they then castigate men for not respecting them.

I ought to have mentioned property and inheritance law but I thought that might complicate things too much.

Sex is either a big deal or it isn't.With possibility of conception it's a big deal.Without that possibility it's nothing.Nobody gives a damn how people rub their bodies together and that's all there is to it if a child cannot be made.(Apart from disease of course).

I don't see that as argument.

You certainly are sorry. And you should apologize for the insults and attitude you have vented against women in this screed of yours, which doesn't merit the title debate.

nor do incoherent thoughts with ridiculous theories about women.

and you insulted women in general to begin with, so theoretically, you insulted me as well.

Being easily insulted is a sign of an insecure position.Every psychologist knows that as well as most of their students.
