To show how damn silly this can be there was a legal case of a porn productor who was careless with his paperwork and taken into federal court charge with one of his actors being under age

No one could find the actor so the government got medical experts to state that after looking at the film they was sure she was not of legal age.

Too bad that in the middle of this case she show up with proof that she was over 18 at the time of the filming.

Yes if you dare to have problems with the current CP laws in the US you must be someone breaking those laws.

Defining late teens as children might make you happy but late teens are not children an at a guess there are tens of millions of late teens that have had sex before their 18 birthday.

Let me look it up.....................Half of all people in the US have had sex before they was legal adults.

You had to send one of your pornography tapes back because one of the actors looked too young.

It says something about the sort of supplier you use. Most people who buy or view pornography use sites that are legitimate, places where one can't "accidently" buy or view child pornography because there isn't any.

Well let define it even more a young lady that share a naked sexual picture with her boyfriend is indeed a victimless crime. even if legally both her and her boyfriend are guilty under the child porn laws of crimes with jail sentences of decades given how those laws are written in he US.

Someone with a collection of sexual pictures off the intennet where some of the people in the pictures might be a few years under legal age I have no problem with the collector facing minor legal problems but not 10 years in prison.

No problem with very severe punishments but not more then a rapist of children. for a collector having pictures of children being rape or and sexual abuse by other manners.

An once more I do not define children as anyone one day younger then 18 years old.

Footnote Izzy nation have similar grading systems in their laws as the one I just wrote about.

I have pointed out BillRM's record on such behaviour, and I have been consistent in that.

I think child pornography is disgusting and I think those who watch it are the very worst.

Just because BillRM has to have the last word doesn't mean I won't point out his lies.

LOL the movie I think you was referring to was title the Coke coke kid and it was a major movie release repeat a major release from down under not market as a porn film of any type but as a comedy movie.

It had one scene where the actress was taking a shower with her daughter both of course naked and the film producer seem to enjoy comparing the actress full woman body with the little girl.

How the hell that movie could be release even in 1984 with that scene in it is beyond me,.
