President Biden cannot extend the federal eviction moratorium, only Congress can. Last month the Supreme Court allowed it to continue through July on a 5-4 vote.

Kavanaugh, in the majority wrote he will block it unless there is "clear and specific congressional authorization."

Yes flood the island with both Americans and EU people by having friendly relationship with them.

Let see how long their government can control their people in such a case.

Yes, end the embargo! All it has done is kept the people poor and starving. Eventually, I hope, communism will fail. It just restricts people and their opportunities and keeps them poor. Tyranny of any type is an abomination.

In 2020, the biggest spender by far on Congressional lobbying was the Realtors trade group

In 2021 Congress let an eviction moratorium expire

Sounds like the problem is in unregulated lobbying and the excessive influence of the lobbyists on congress members. Not all realtors are corporate operations like Black Rock.
