Everything else has a total of 23 sets of medals remaining, by my count (minus some bronzes that have already been awarded). I think your biggest things to be worried about (at least vs. me and McGentrix) are Georgian boxers and wrestlers, and Germans and Brits in everything. And wheel158 and Ecartmill could still make this interesting with a strong performance from the USA.
Yep. I don't know which happened first, but the article said:

Saint Boy was also assigned to Gulnaz Gubaydullina of Russia, and similarly refused to jump, according to the Irish newspaper The Journal.
Seems like whoever had the horse second shouldn't have been assigned that horse.
I don't know anything about the event. If that portion is not an all-at-once race, but an individual race against the clock (like I think is done in Equestrian), seems like they should have given her another chance with a different horse.
I was in Barcelona 92, watching the event live.
The mean horse's name that time was Alavés.
He threw the Finnish rider.
We had a contender, then, and yes, he got Alavés. Didn't fall, but had a bumpy ride and lost all chances.
Looks like this got canceled out by the Kenyans' 1-2 finish in the marathon. I'd have to gain about a point per event to catch you now, so it looks like the battle is for silver between me and McGentrix, with Ecartmill a dark horse to finish in the medals.
