Flirting on Instagram

Can anyone tell me if you would find this weird if you saw your spouses instagram page and there were friends, colleagues etc as followers but there was also a follower of your husband that was a young woman and she only posted one thing that said "Im new on the site mainly looking for friends with benefits" It shows her following him and also him following her. Would you think this was strange?. Also weird is that there have been no posts on eithers account.
