@Lash,
You support Putin like Lindbergh supported Hitler.

You are behaving just like Hitler's supporters behaved.

I have long spoken out against the occupation, Israel's treament of the Palestinians, and America's acquiescence in this.

I have given reasons for America's acquiescence, and they're not because Israel controls American politics or any other bullshit from The Protocols of Zion.

Nikki Haley is a two-faced [redacted]. Good for a subset of Nikki Haley voters who still are Never Trumpers.

Geographically I'd be in Cable Street, lobbing bricks at Lash's pals.

As far as weapons go I've been very clear.

Ukraine should be given whatever it takes to defend itself from Russian agression.

Israel can go and **** itself.

That clear enough?

Wondering, if someone changes her point of view again:
Musk told a reporter at the Capitol that he’s attending the joint meeting as a personal guest of Netanyahu; far-right House lawmakers lining the seats down the centre aisle to greet the person addressing Congress while Democrats largely stayed away from the centre aisles.

@Walter Hinteler,
Here you go, Walter. This is what happens when a congressperson doesn’t comply with Israel’s preferences.

Although ‘the squad’ voted pro-Israel and against American free speech earlier this year, the genocide appears to have been their red line. They stopped supporting Israel’s agenda in Congress and Israel attacked them.

Netanyahu to address Congress for first time since Oct. 7 attack on Israel

At least 30 Democrats in the House and the Senate have said they plan to boycott Netanyahu's speech in protest of his handling of the war in Gaza.

WASHINGTON — Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is scheduled to address a joint meeting of Congress on Wednesday afternoon, his first since Hamas' terrorist attack on Israel killed 1,200 people and resulted in the taking of hostages to Gaza, where about 100 are still believed to be held captive.

Netanyahu's speech at 2 p.m. ET comes at a critical period: The U.S. is in the middle of a chaotic election year, and the Biden administration continues to push negotiators toward a cease-fire agreement that could end the war in Gaza, where the death toll has surpassed an estimated 30,000 people, according to the Hamas-run Ministry of Health.

"In my speech, I will emphasize the importance of bipartisan support for Israel, I will address our friends on both sides of the map and tell them that regardless of who will be chosen to lead the American people after the presidential elections, Israel is the most important ally of the United States in the Middle East, an irreplaceable ally," Netanyahu said before he left for the U.S., according to his office.

He added, "I think that in this time of war and uncertainty, it is of utmost importance that our enemies know that the US and Israel stand together — today, tomorrow and forever."

Netanyahu was originally invited by House Speaker Mike Johnson, R-La., to address Congress amid the protests and encampments that formed on college campuses this spring.

...Johnson said Tuesday that it is “inexcusable” that Harris is skipping Netanyahu’s speech and that she should be “held accountable” for it.

Obviously blatham is a lot better educated than you are.
You are obviously completely ignorant of what the Nazis did with their concentration camps.

Some of you may have seen/read the recent piece by Bret Stephens in the NYT which is a rather perfect example of concern trolling - "Democrats Deserved a Contest, Not a Coronation"

There's some history to this guy which most won't be aware of (I wasn't until a tip off from Eric Alterman). He gets some portion of his income from a far right "pro-Israel" messaging institution.

Quote:
JTA — New York Times opinion columnist Bret Stephens has taken on a side gig as the editor of a new limited-run journal of essays about Jewish issues.

The journal, titled Sapir, is an initiative of the Maimonides Fund, an increasingly influential force in Jewish philanthropy that supports Jewish identity-building through media, education and Israel engagement. Over the past year, the fund has also become known for its leadership on COVID relief efforts.

...As a former editor-in-chief of the Jerusalem Post and a longtime hawk on foreign affairs, Stephens is known for his pro-Israel advocacy. The hiring of Stephens by the New York Times in 2017 drew intense criticism over some of the columnist’s previous writing, in which he cast doubt on the reality of the climate crisis and called anti-Semitism a “disease of the Arab mind.” In 2019, he was accused of promoting a racist and discredited theory known as eugenics for a column about Ashkenazi Jewish intelligence. His columns deal with foreign policy and domestic politics from a conservative angle...
