When Trump abandoned Syria and betrayed our Kurdish allies, did anyone see this kind of feces-flinging outrage and cries of 'traitor' coming from the likes of Oralloy?

People with reasonably high intelligence noticed my harsh condemnation when I said it.

Low-IQ types have never had any clue what I say.

Nothing?

People with a reasonably high intelligence will recall that I also condemned it as a horrible thing to do just last week.

you don't speak for everyone either.

I don't pretend that I do.

all those with any sense laugh at you.

Why do people who oppose civil liberties always assert common sense?

MontereyJack wrote:
and damed near everyone of any political stripe has a problem with you.

Again you do not speak for everyone.

Even if you did speak for everyone, appeals to the crowd are logical fallacies.

MontereyJack wrote:
even builder, another arch conservative has a problem with you, and you with him.

"Us both saying that the other is wrong" does not mean that either of us have a problem with each other.

I can speak only for myself, but I certainly have no problem with him.

It's only progressives who declare holy war against people who disagree with them.

MontereyJack wrote:
evidently because you each are big on conspiracy theories, but different antithetical uber conservative conspiracy theories, which put you two at loggerheads.

Facts and reality are not conspiracy theories.

It stands to reason that you would associate facts and reality with conservatism however.

Nah…
Won't make any difference at all…

There is no change in my views. I still think the officer should not be punished. I still think millions in compensation should be paid to the next of kin.

They've been doing that for awhile now. But now they will probably have to start doing it without air support from the US.

That left Biden with the option either to go back on Trump’s agreement or to follow through. To ignore the agreement would mean the Taliban would again begin attacking U.S. service people, and the U.S. would both have to pour in significant numbers of troops and sustain casualties.

Having 10,000 US troops in Afghanistan was not a great burden. Neither was having fewer than 20 deaths a year.

In 2001, the Taliban was routed and many Taliban fighter broke ranks and sided with the Northern Alliance, the armed forces allied with the USA. Twenty years later the exact reverse took place, as soldiers of the Afghan government crossed over and sided with the Taliban. A collection of tribes is not a "nation" no matter how hard the USA wants to turn it into one.

Progressive traitors like to deny the existence of the allies that they betray. They often deny South Vietnam as well.

goldberg wrote:
It would be naive to think the Taliban would do that,

Actually the two groups have fought a number of pitched battles. The US has bombed Islamic State during these battles and helped the Taliban to win.

We did this without coordinating with the Taliban. Our guys just saw them fighting and helped out without being invited.

goldberg wrote:
The fact is both the Taliban and ISIS have the same objective:they want to expel all the non-Muslim foreign nations; besides, they want to bring to heel Shia Islam.

The Taliban only care about Afghanistan.

Islamic State wants the entire planet.

Trump was the first to recognize we had to end the war. Whatever else he is, he had one positive impulse in his life.

There was no requirement that we end the war.

We were free to not betray our ally and continue supporting them -- like we continue to support South Korea for example.

Let me guess, do you also want to betray South Korea?

What happens when you've betrayed every single one of our allies and the US stands alone against a hostile world that is unified against us?

"Mission accomplished" for you traitors when that happens I guess.

@oralloy,
You're a serial liar, and perpetual pain in the arse.

The invasion and occupation of Afghanistan and Iraq was both illegal, and never an act of war.

Provide evidence that Iraq or Afghanistan aggressively threatened the US of A, to justify invasion.

You've never once done anything to embolden your ridiculous assertions with an ounce of truth.

Your actions here are those of a scratched record, perpetually bleating the exact same lame responses to anything others present as evidence.

We've shot you down in flames so many times, you're just ashes now.

Your failure to ever point out anything untrue in my posts speaks for itself.

Wrong. It is perfectly legal for us to defend ourselves when we are attacked.

Your claim that it's not war when we send our military out to smash other countries is a tad silly.

That's one of the nice things about truth and reality: They remain the same from post to post.

@MontereyJack,
Wrong. The 9/11 attacks were carried out by a group based in Afghanistan.

Saudi Arabia not only did not launch the attack, the group that did launch the attack wants to destroy Saudi Arabia just as much as they want to destroy the US.
