He stated that we "won't know the extent of side effects, or complications arising from them" until late in 2023.

These are not vaccinations, per se. They are mRNA jabs.

COVID-19 Vaccine AstraZeneca has been shown to prevent COVID-19 however it is not yet known whether it prevents transmission or asymptomatic disease.
