It's right next door to the Alewife T station.
Actually, it should prolly become our go-to place in general, seeing as it's both T and car accessible, with parking, and not too expensive. Very hard to find all of those combined together around here.
Well I have a thing with the T... I only feel safe driving in my car, I think it is a control issue I have over my life, putting my life in someone elses hands just scares the bajesus out of me!!!!!
Anyone have simple directions coming from Weymouth?
Take Rte 3 North to the exit for the Mass Pike (I-90).
Stay on the Mass Pike until the Brighton/Cambridge exit (exit 20).
Take that exit and take a right at the end of the ramp to go toward Cambridge/Somerville.
Cross the bridge over the Charles and then take a left onto Memorial Drive.
At this point you will be on Rte 2.
Follow Rte. 2 to The Summer Shack.
The address is 149 Alewife Brook Parkway.
