I think Burlington might work well again.... the dandylion green is, I think, just off I-95.

Harpoon is always in town, Slappy! I have pix from a harpoon octoberfest there a few years ago - with people from abuzz.

'Course I don't want to decide on the place. Friday the 16th prolly won't work out for us (don't let that stop the rest of you from having fun, obviously), as we are off to the land of family stuff, and will need to pack, pack, pack and do the usual pre-trip planning silliness.

Burlington is North of Boston, on the 128 circle. Takes me about 35 mins to get there from Brighton, when there's no traffic. So it might not be good for everyone, and if RP and I won't be there, anyway, you might want to look South of there for inspiration.

Not to be dismal, but reservations for a Friday night in the holiday season might be iffy.

btw, Ms. Quinn tells me that you two are supposed to "do lunch" or some such silly girlie thing.

But seeing as "peeping season" is about to be upon us we were discussing the possibility of you joining us on one of our Saturday wanderings. There is a nice woods garden down on the south shore that should be loverly once the leaves start to turn in a few weeks.

If you don't mind us stopping to take pics every few feet you are more than welcome to join us.
