I get the feeling that your African Americanism is something you can put on and take off like a coat. You’re pale enough to be mistaken for being white so you don’t suffer the same brutality and prejudice that most African Americans face.
You give the impression that you think your lighter complexion somehow makes you more moral, more upright, less criminal. Yet you’re happy to reclaim the mantle of being African American when it suits you.
For all your evangelising you have very little in the way of sympathy for others. Orwell used the analogy of a boot stamping into a human face, most people sympathise with the face, but you seem to take the boot’s side.
