@oralloy,
Thats a blog spot, and isnt subject to license reviews. We have had fun geology newsletters which would probably parallel Psych Today DOT COM /BLOGSPOT.
Thats just crap governed by the free speech clauses of our 1st amendment. BS posing as professional opinions and recommendations subject to peer review is governed by the state license boards. For someone who makes such a big deal of his abilities you sure are half smart.
When you pose as a professional (Whatever) and governed by a license to practice, each time you offer opinion, advice, professional recommendations tc, You are, in effect, attesting that what you are saying in your professional capacity is factual to the best of your ability and training and that in no fashion are you advising based on non existent or false professional bases. (You dont go making up phony conditions ans then stand by them with a license to practice psychology) Fines for that kinda crap are pretty heavy and then you'd be relieved of your license for a few months to over several years
If I sold shares in a gold mine that Id salted and covered its value by false claim assay ,signing and sealing with my license, Id be sacked qnd tried under several unique statutes. Engineers and geologists pay hefty fines because our actions (if falsified) can jeopardize the lives of many folks at once
So please know of what you're speaking and try not to go trumpian on me by "doubling down" on your BS
