I have no time for your ******* riddles today. I'm thinking of Gary Blinn who got the **** shot out of him at nineteen, the year before I enlisted. I'm thinking of Wayne Jordan a Navy Corpsman, who died with a Marine company. I'm thinking of a bunch of others who died or came back in pieces.
I have no time for you today.
Why is there political/ideological conflict? Why does it escalate to the level of physical violence and warfare? What can we do as free people with our liberty to resolve differences in non-violent ways?
You attack what you call 'riddles,' but these are the riddles that have to be solved to prevent kids from killing each other on battlefields.
Memorial day is not about living people who served. That is Veteran's Day. Today is about people who died. Thank God you didn't die so you can go on serving God with your preserved life. How about honoring God by not attacking your brothers and sisters who have different ideological views than yours?
Surely if you have a good heart, you can recognize that other people can also have good hearts despite thinking differently than you politically. I would like to think you have a good heart because of some of what I've read in your posts, but a lot of what you post causes me to believe your heart has been captured by evil. What do you think? Can you love your enemies, or is that beyond your capacity at this point?
