Five Big Problems With the Texas Lawsuit to Overturn Election

To cite a glaring one, the lawsuit , which Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton filed Monday, calls on the court to delay the electoral vote in the four targeted states Georgia, Wisconsin, Michigan and Pennsylvania, to allow investigations of voting issues to continue. That would be unconstitutional...

-and that’s just one big problem.

In Article II, Section 4, the constitution requires the electoral votes to be completed by every state on the same day. This year, that day is December 14th - four days from now.

Sorry that date in not established in the Constitution. The only date in there is Jan. 20th. Are you lying on purpose? That fact has been posted many times.

It also gives one the idea massive fraud can be dismissed on a technicality. Dream on. Our founding fathers were smarter than that, and certainly smarter than you.

@coldjoint,
You are asking for a lot of things to happen in under 4 days, which is just not possible.

And to clarify snod's statement: According to The Constitution, Article II, Clause 4
Quote:
The Congress may determine the Time of chusing the Electors, and the Day on which they shall give their Votes; which Day shall be the same throughout the United States

https://constitution.congress.gov/browse/article-2/

And Congress has already determined the date; according to the US Code (3 U.S.C. §7):
Quote:
The electors of President and Vice President of each State shall meet and give their votes on the first Monday after the second Wednesday in December next following their appointment at such place in each State as the legislature of such State shall direct.

https://uscode.house.gov/view.xhtml?req=granuleid:USC-prelim-title3-section7&num=0&edition=prelim

Which makes the date this year 14 December 2020. Likewise, the date for the electors meeting after the 2024 Presidential election is 16 December, and for the 2028 election, it is 18 December.

The Congress cannot circumvent the Constitution. If the election is still legally disputed their ass sucks cottonwood.

@coldjoint,
3 U.S.C. §7 was put into effect in 1948. It was deemed constitutional, specifically its constitutional provisions are:
*Day of voting by electors, see Const. Art. II, §1, cl. 3.
*Voting by electors, see Const. Amend. XII.

The laws were passed by a Republican controlled congress

Does not matter if the election is legally disputed. What part of that don't you understand? Do you realize everyone is making excuses so the evidence and Constitutional facts will not be heard? Talk about a threat to democracy.

@coldjoint,
Then Trump's legal team and their various allies should have actually presented concrete evidence.

Even the affidavit by your much touted expert witness Navid Keshavarz-Nia has several mistakes. He claimed "votes in Edison County "are cause for concern and indicate fraudçbecause President-elect Joe Biden won "more than 100% of the votes."

Except Edison County does not exist anywhere in the United States.

Doctors tell Senate they're attacked for saving COVID patients

Quote:
At a Senate hearing, six prominent physicians called for removing obstacles to outpatient therapies for COVID-19 they contend are saving lives.

The testimony before the U.S. Senate Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs on Tuesday was the second part a hearing organized by Chairman Ron Johnson titled "Early Outpatient Treatment: An Essential Part of a COVID-19 Solution."
Dr. Jane Orient, the executive director of the Association of American Physicians and Surgeons, urged the committee to exercise its oversight over federal agencies that are "effectively blocking treatment that could prevent 100,000 needless deaths and stop the crippling fear and the destruction of millions of livelihoods."

"Today's top-down, authority-based 'standard of care' for early COVID, promulgated in NIH guidelines, is therapeutic nihilism," she said in her prepared statement.
"This is shocking and unprecedented, but in today’s litigious
environment," she said, doctors who "dare prescribe" a drug proven to effectively treat COVID-19 like hydroxychloroquine could be "fired, removed from insurance panels, investigated, or even delicensed."

Other witnesses were Ramin Oskoui, the CEO of Foxhall Cardiology in Washington, D.C.; Jean-Jacques Rajter, a pulmonologist at Broward Health Medical Center in Florida; Pierre Kory, associate professor of medicine at St. Luke's Aurora Medical Center; Armand Balboni, CEO of Appili Therapeutics Inc.; and Jayanta Bhattacharya, professor of medicine at Stanford University.

A huge lie to insure we shut up and obey. How many times does this crap need to be exposed?

They have concrete evidence the Constitution was violated. It should be proven easily in the SCOTUS. Affidavits were also concrete evidence but activists judges decided American citizens were not credible. This is an all out steal and an organized effort to ignore the rule of law.

Maybe this is just an assumption he made based upon "if" an Edison county existed?🤔🙄😳

Courts Judges do not take kindly to BS and lies pushed off onto them!

@coldjoint,
Several of Trump's appointed judges, plus those who were on his shortlist for the SCOTUS seat, have refused to hear the cases or dismissed them. How can all of them be activist judges, as you say?

As I showed, that affidavit by Navid Keshavarz-Nia had incorrect information. How can any judge accept that as credible evidence?

Edison is the name of the company that reported the data the NYT and many others posted. Biden does that crap all the time. In the doctors case a honest mistake in Biden case it is because he is braindead.

@Frank Apisa,
4 of the 5 swing states identified in the Texas suite have officially rebuked Texas to the USSC and have made several really strong arguments why Texas cannot speak for any other state.
Theyve actually asked that the USSC dont even hear the case.
