I wonder how much higher they'd have to make the payoffs to get people to risk their lives at the casino.
It might not be that much.
I also wonder how much you'd have to pay people to take a cruise right now. Maybe some people would go for free and just wear masks the whole time and maybe eat in their rooms or something.
