A few days ago we had 532 new daily cases in Victoria but in the last few days the numbers dropped and there was cautious optimism that it had peaked and things were getting better. But today we had 723 new cases, so rather than getting better things are getting worse.

More areas have gone back into lockdown, and as of Monday all of the state will have mandatory mask laws.

I realise these numbers are pretty small compared to what's happening in other parts of the world but we did so well in the first wave and thought we were on top of it. And now it's all gone to ****.

The numbers of covid-deaths were never very high to begin with. It is rather sure that even those numbers in reality are a lot lower, because the figures are enormously maniputed.
