No they aren't.
International law gives Israel the right to exist, and the right to use military force to protect their existence.
InfraBlue wrote:International law does not give Israel the right to exist by oppressing the Palestinians in denying them their Right of Return.
International law gives Israel exactly that right, as well as the right to use military force to protect their existence.
InfraBlue wrote:Yes they do.
That is incorrect. Palestinians only have the right to a two-state solution, and only if they agree to peace.
InfraBlue wrote:With out rights for the Palestinians, the Zionists have no peace at all.
Palestinians have the right to a two-state solution, but only if they agree to peace.
InfraBlue wrote:With the Palestinians' Right of Return the Zionists will have peace.
Israel is not going to cease to exist. If they will not agree to accept Israel's existence, the Palestinians will end up with nothing at all.
InfraBlue wrote:Palestinians have the Right of Return.
That is incorrect. Palestinians only have the right to a two state solution, and only if they agree to peace.
InfraBlue wrote:That is the only way to peace.
The Palestinians will not get anything at all in that case.
