Space for Cricket Margo? Yes....but the village green has a very short boundary, which come to think of it, will be ideal for Australian cricket as you can score the odd "four" now and then.
Oh, the "unmeasured" fourth bedroom? I think it says it all, really. A good place to dump an unpopular relative at Christmas, I suppose. Just about big enough for a single bed and a first aid cabinet, for the head injuries received whilst trying to get dressed in the morning.
